Crossroad signs exclusive agreement to deliver text and audio content to Service Omni



DALLAS, TX, November 9, 2007 - Crossroad Mobile announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Service Omni, a new online search portal, whose proprietary "pay per interaction” marketing services and tools allow local businesses to easily, expeditiously and effectively establish and showcase a branded online presence in their local area(s).

The scheduled public launch of Service Omni's local business search portal on January 2, 2008 will connect its clients to - a rich set of easily accessed and navigable, highly personalized content delivered from Crossroad's expansive text and audio library. Clients will have search access to specific categories such as car repair, mortgage services, health care and numerous other content categories. In addition, Crossroad Mobile will help Service Omni create an ad supported IVR - built to allow the latter's clients an open and easy to use venue for creative advertising.
