Crossroad Mobile Controlling Interest Acquired by SilverBirch, Inc.
DALLAS, TX, September 23, 2007 – Crossroad Mobile, a leading multi-platform information content provider today announced that it has sold a controlling interest to SilverBirch Inc ((TSX VENTURE: SVB), a Toronto-based mobile wireless player. The sale allows Crossaroad to expand its North American presence and broaden its mobile and IVR solutions.
