The combined entities, now known as Crossroad Mobile LLC, will provide the ever-evolving mobile content market with an extensive and addictive core set of IVR and mobile products, including wireless alerts, news and financial information, chat lines, sports news, fantasy sports, chat sports, entertainment news, chat horoscopes, and chat Hollywood. Crossroad Mobile also offers a flexible variety of convenient hosting and billing solutions.

In a combined statement, Philippe and Mark add, “We bring our 25-plus years in marketing, billing and technical background in entertainment telephony and premium SMS environment coupled with the talented and professional staff from the former Bluestreak Media.
