Philippe Van Hecke has been working in the entertainment telephony industry for more than a decade. He holds a MBA in Finance from Woodbury University, California with post graduate studies in Finance from the University of Southern California. Under his leadership, Oneworld Interactive USA was the first company to market premium text chat services across multiple wireless carriers in the US. Besides entertainment voice telephony, Mr. Van Hecke has an extensive background in wireless entertainment and billing solutions.
Mark Cabble
COO
Mark A. Cabble, COO, brings with him over 15 years of experience in every facet of service bureau operations. His understanding of technical issues combined with a know how of systems, billing and data analysis will help ensure clients will have an “on-site” partner looking out for their best interests, a force who will help in maintaining integrity of product and a key component in the development of new and exciting services.
John Whiteley
Senior Vice President, Technology
Mr. Whiteley was previously Vice President of Technology for IT Network. Prior to joining IT Network, Mr. Whiteley was the Manager of Audiotex Development for Donnelley Directories, a division of Dun and Bradstreet. While at Donnelley he was responsible for the development and deployment of Windows NT based Audiotex and Interactive Voice Response Hardware and Software running on the DEC Alpha hardware platform for Donnelley Directories Yellow Pages Publications. His career has involved him in many startup and new venture companies dealing with networking, optical storage systems and Factory automation.
Mike Crossan
Vice President, Audio Services
Mike Crossan was previously Vice President of Audio Services for IT Network. Prior to joining IT Network, he was Manager of Audiotex services with R.H. Donnelley, publisher of the Donnelley Directory and subsidiary of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. During his nine years there, he was responsible for all content development, audio production and customer support. Previously, Mr. Crossan spent 17 years in radio as an announcer and Director of Programming, Production and Sports at various stations. He has also been the voice talent on national radio and TV ads, public service campaigns and corporate narrations.
Avis Novak
Director of Finance
Ms. Novak has over 20 years of accounting and human resources experience. Her experience spans a variety of industries including private utilities, EMS, radio station management, health care and high tech. Prior to joining Crossroad Mobile LLC, Ms. Novak was the accounting/administration manager with Bluestreak Media, Inc. from 2002 to 2006 and Source Media, Inc. from 1994 to 2002.
